Hiring decisions are based on the applicant’s experience, technical skills, merit and successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including drug/alcohol screening, criminal history record check, and motor vehicle operating record. Submitted applications shall be retained for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of submission, after which they will be destroyed and the applicant would have to reapply if still interested in being considered for the position. Any employment offers shall be considered conditional until all necessary documentation has been submitted, pre-employment screenings have been successfully completed, and written acknowledgement of company policies and procedures has been received. Once an offer for employment has been accepted, employee shall receive an official start date and report to the corporate office for employee onboarding. Employees shall receive an Employee Handbook outlining workplace expectations, policies and other pertinent information about their position. Authorization forms and policies must be signed before employee is assigned to work. All employees are conditionally hired subject to successfully completing ninety (90) day probationary period, during which period of time the employee is subject to termination at the sole discretion of the company.
