Fire Alarm Service Technician (NICET Level III)

Job Description

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Service Technician with NICET Level III certification to support inspection, troubleshooting, service, and commissioning of fire alarm systems. This role is critical to maintaining life safety compliance and delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Hourly Wage: $30-$35/hour

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) of fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA 72 standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including panels, devices, and communication paths
• Program, commission, and service fire alarm systems (new and existing installations)
• Interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and wiring schematics
• Complete detailed service reports, inspection documentation, and deficiency lists
• Interface directly with clients, inspectors, and AHJs to ensure compliance and successful inspections
• Coordinate with project managers and office staff to plan and execute service work efficiently
• Support system upgrades, retrofits, and emergency service calls
• Familiarity with Siemens and Mircom systems a plus.

Qualifications

• NICET Level III in Fire Alarm Systems (required)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with fire alarm systems
• Strong working knowledge of NFPA 72, local codes, and permitting processes
• Experience with major manufacturers (e.g., Notifier, Siemens, Simplex, Edwards, Mircom, etc.)
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve system issues in the field
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed

Service Technician – Motor Controls Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician specializing in Motor Controls to join our growing team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and commissioning motor control systems across a variety of commercial and industrial environments.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, and electrical systems, and can work independently in the field while representing the company professionally.

Hourly Wage: $38 – $46/hour

We are currently looking for a part-time videographer/photographer to to join our marketing team. Position involves visiting job sites and capturing high-quality professional footage and images of our team working throughout various stages of our projects.

Position will initially be a few hours per week during normal construction hours and may transition to full-time in the future.

Base Wage: $17 – $22/hr.

• Travel regularly to construction sites to capture photo and video content throughout project lifecycles from build stages to completion.
• Edit photos and videos for high-quality branding and marketing across social media platforms.

Position is part-time for a few hours per week to visit various job sites and capture professional, high-quality video and photographs that properly represent company professionalism and branding standards. Job site availability is typically between the hours of 7am and 3:30pm. Video and Photograph editing, social media posting, and content management can be done after hours, provided deadlines and expectations are met.

Candidate must have reliable transportation to be considered for this position.
